Customer categories allow you to classify and report on groups of customers. This gives you the opportunity to sort and select customers in reports, perhaps to view the total income from specific types of customers.

Go to Customer Main Form > Classification Tab

You can customize all the fields by clicking on the Gear Button graphic

You can add or change field names by clicking on the graphic button.
