Get a performance appraisal of work done.
To open this form go to the Job Card and click on the service feedback button. You can change the field names (e.g. Speed of work) by clicking on the Gear button.
To get a summary of all the feedback's go to Service Feedback Summary.
Phone the client and get his feedback
When all is done, click the Resolved Button. The Resolved and Feedback checkboxes will be marked automatically.
Click the Follow-up Required button if the customer needs to be contacted to resolve their queries.
