You can send an email or SMS from different forms.
For example:
Invoice > Invoice Lookup (to email invoices)
Customer > Age Analysis (email or SMS)
Customer > Contacts Bulk Email/SMS
and numerous other forms.
The email form look slightly different but the functions are the same.
