Supplier Age Analysis
Go to: Supplier > Supplier Age Analysis
The Supplier Age Analysis — also called a Creditors Age Analysis — shows outstanding balances grouped into different columns for easier tracking of what is due and when.
Core Purpose
•Tracks outstanding balances for each supplier.
•Groups those balances into age brackets (e.g., Current, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120+ days) based on invoice or due dates.

Age Buckets |
Supplier Age breakdown of amounts by aging category. Current, 30 days, 60days, 90 days, 120 days, 150 days, and 180 days. |
Amount Due to the Supplier Displays the amount currently due to the supplier. •The calculation is based on the Supplier Terms specified in the Main Supplier form. •Only amounts that are due now will appear in this column.

To Allocate |
To Allocate This represents amounts that have been captured but not yet fully allocated against invoices or credits. Formula: To Allocate = All Debits – All Reconciled Credits •Debits include payments and RTS’s (Return to Supplier). •Reconciled Credits include GRN’s (Goods Received Notes) and other applied credits.

Unpaid Reconciliations |
Displays amounts where the reconciliation has been completed, but the actual payment has not yet been processed.

Note: To see individual transactions (with their audit trail numbers) like GRV's and payments right-click the supplier to open the Supplier Enquiries form.
Select the export option in order to export the existing on screen information into any of the following
formats (CSV, TXT, HTML, XML and XLS (Excel)).
