Workshop Reports

The following job card reports are available in the Workshop module:

 

Report Type                                        Description

All Active Job CardsView all ongoing jobs.

All Not Active Job CardsSee jobs that are waiting for parts or customer confirmation.

All Cancelled Job CardsTrack canceled jobs. (Note: Job cards cannot be deleted)

Jobs Ready for CollectionEasily see which jobs can be collected.

Jobs Due TodayMonitor jobs that must be finished today.

Workshop Ready for CollectionA filtered view showing all ready-for-collection jobs still in the workshop.

All ComebacksTrack jobs that returned due to issues or errors.

 

Methods To Create Or Generate A New Job Card

Method 1: Via Job Card Lookup

1. Go to Job Card Lookup. Click on Add New Job Card

Use this method to view, add, or edit existing jobs in one place.

 

Method 2: From a Service Item

2. Use the Workshop > Service Item Lookup. Right-click on the item. Select New Job Card For Item from the context menu.

 

Method 3: Customer Lookup Form

3.Right-click on the customer. Select New Job For This Customer from the context menu.
