You can get reports on, for example:

All active quotes  - Quotes that's not completed. Remember to mark the quote as completed if you did not won it.

All quotes that you have won or lost plus the amounts associated with each. Example, do we we lose quotes to certain customers every time and on which items. The idea then is to pay more attention to the customer by changing their price levels etc.

You can filter the Quote Lookup, on for example:

-  the status of the quote (e.g. all quotes on hold).

- on the quote type e.g. all quotes on computers or furniture etc. Example, is there a difference in the ability of salespeople to outperform sales in certain divisions? For example, some may sell copiers very well, but it does       poorly when it comes to computer sales.

- all quotes done by a specific employee.

You can see which quotes are linked to a specific job card.

You can link quotes via a request type (visited the shop, visited by rep, per email, per telephone etc.)

You can see which quotes must be followed up today.

You can give each employee a list of quotes that must be followed up.

This is but a small sample of the reports you can get. Use the Edit Filter to compile your own reports.
