Customer Extended Lookup

Use this form to:

Filter for specific customers, print Labels / barcodes for the selected customers.

Do Bulk Changes. Click on the Bulk Change Selected tab to see what can be changed.

Analysis Tab. Get a summary of the detail data. Pivot Grids.


Go to: Customer > Extended Lookup

Hover the mouse over the different menu options. If the cursor changes to a hand (Hand_Cursor), then click to go to the subject.

Employee Pipeline Information



How many web clients do we have?

SI+ automatically insert the word web- as part of the clients code.

Use Status 1 or Status 2 or Lead Source to specify that this is a web-client. (These fields are used in the Extended Lookup > Analysis Tab)


All clients that opened an account but did not buy anything (e.g web clients)

Filter - First Invoice Date Is Null

Use Customer Contact Lookup - Filter the Last Purchase or Days Since Last Purchase (make sure the customer has an email address), then send for e.g a promotional voucher.


Active clients who did not buy anything this month.

Loyalty Cards that expires this month.

All customers whose birthday is this month.

New Customers - Analysis tab use first invoice date
