Stock Options: Printing

Go to Stock Items > Stock Options

Hover the mouse over the different menu options. If the cursor changes to a hand (Hand_Cursor), then click to go to the subject.

You can design the following custom reports.

•Serial number labels.

•Goods received report.

•Price list.

•Stock extended report.

•Warehouse transfer report.

•         Stock take report

To design your own purchase order go to Stock > Stock Options and click on the Purchase Order  tab.

Where the different reports are used.

GRN Report: Used in the Goods Received form.

Serial Number Label:  Used in the Goods Received form.

Price List: Used in Stock Items > Extra > Print Price List & Order Form

Stock Extended Report: Used In Stock Items > Extended Item Lookup > Print Report Button (Left bottom corner, next to Deselect All Visible)

Warehouse Transfer: Used in Stock Items > Extra > Warehouse Transfer Order

Stock Take: Used in Stock Items > Stock Take > Print Button

 

Steps.

1 Design the report.

2 Select the report you want to use.

3 Select the printer if applicable.

 

Remember: A green background represents a local setting and a blue background a server setting
