Quote Extra Tab

The Extra tab allows you to choose how the quote will print—either as a Pro Forma Invoice, an Estimate, or a standard Quote.

1. Open the quote

2. Navigate to the Extra tab.

3. Select one of the following options:

•Pro Forma – Prints the quote as a Pro Forma Invoice.

•Estimate – Prints the quote as an Estimate.

•(Leave both unchecked) – Prints the document as a standard Quote.

Use these settings to match the document format to your customer’s requirements.
