Equipment Properties

In this context, equipment refers to items linked to a customer that require servicing or repairs (e.g., vehicles, machines, computers).

Adding Equipment Properties:

You can define custom properties for each piece of equipment in the Customer Equipment > Properties Tab.

Examples of Equipment Properties:

•Engine Size

•Tyre Size

•Voltage Rating

Where It's Used:

 These properties appear in the Workshop > Service Item Lookup form, where you can:

•  View all equipment linked to a customer

• Filter and search using property values

•This is also handy if you need more custom fields for the equipment.
