Remote Support

Should you not have Teamviewer on your desktop, please follow the following steps.

 

If in Windows 8 go to your file manager >C drive>program (x86) open the folder of Smart-it 2.0.  Here you will see the Remote assistance or go to Start > All programs > Smart-it 2.0  and open up the Remote support folder.

 

If you are using windows 10, go to the start button and just begin typing remote support, then select Smart IT + remote support

 

This will take you to Teamviewer where a computer ID and password will be displayed,  we would require this in order to log into your computer to assist you, if we are unable to do so telephonic ally.
