We provide several services to make using Smart-IT software easier and faster.

Please note that services or support functions may be performed either by us or our appointed dealers.

VAT calculation & checking

We will check and verify your VAT and accounting data for the very reasonable amount of R 285 (Vat Ex).

Terms and conditions apply. All data must be entered in Smart-IT Accounting by a person that has received training.

Free Business documents

We provide a wide range of common legal documents any business requires in it's day to day operations. Please take a look at the download page. Available to Smart-IT Customers.

Training

We offer extensive training through hands-on workshops presented on a regular basis. These workshops cover various aspects of our products and applying them to your everyday needs and are currently offered in Cape Town with other mayor centres on request.

On premises training is also presented for your convenience.

In addition to standard product-related workshops, we also present practical up-to-date seminars on pertinent issues relating to your accounting systems. We pride ourselves in the ability to offer a complete financial management system for all your bookkeeping needs. 

Half day Comprehensive Course

Duration: 4 weeks
Times: 09:00 to 12:00 Monday to Thursday
Overview: This is a practical course for persons who wish to do all the companies books.

Ideal for:

Benefits: Sertificate on completion. We will match employers seeking Smart-IT trained personel with persons having completed the course.

Evening Comprehensive Course

Duration: 4 weeks
Times: 17:30 to 19:30 Monday to Thursday
Overview: This is a practical course for persons who wish to do all the companies books.

Ideal for:

Benefits: Sertificate on completion. We will match employers seeking Smart-IT trained personel with persons having completed the course.

Afternoon Crash Course

Duration: 2 weeks
Times: 13:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday
Overview: This is a very intensive course for persons that already posses strong accounting and management background.

Benefits: Sertificate on completion. We will match employers seeking Smart-IT trained personel with persons having completed the course.

Course Cost & Benefits

R 2 600 per person. Times can be adjusted to suite your schedule with the restriction that we require a minimum of 4 people attending.

Current Smart-IT Accounting clients can send one person for training at no cost ( free/gratis ) .

Upon completion all participants will receive a full Smart-IT Accounting package to the value of R 5814.

Employee sourcing and Jobseeker matching

We have a service by which we match job seekers and employers wanting qualified personel. To qualify Smart-IT customers only need to Contact Us to place their name on the list. For job seekers you must first have completed training and then we will assist you in finding a job if one of our Smart-IT customers have an opening.

Installations

We provide full installation and configuration services for Smart-IT software at very reasonable rates. Note that we do not setup networks or computers.

Transfer of data

When moving from a previous computer program to Smart-IT we can help and automate the transfer of valuable data. Please contact us for a quote.

Customization

Additional features or industy specific functions can be incorporated directly into the program for enhanced business workflow and value. Small non-company specific fixes are many times added free of charge. If you would like something that is company/industry specific or with set time constraints please contact us for a quote.
