Smart-It Accounting Version 9.21014 is now available.
Changes are as follows:
1.0 Quotations and Job Cards now use the Supplier List Price to calculate the sales price. In cases where there is stock on hand and the last date bought is not older than 2 months the average cost price is used.
2.0 Invoices and statements now use the PDF format. You must download and install the SaveAsPDF file from www.smart-It.co.za/downloads before you will be able to email the invoices and statements.
3.0 Two additional filters were added to active jobs, namely a Status and Type filter.
4.0 An additional option was added to print statements from a certain customer.
5.0 Additional options were added to send emails as well as SMS.
6.0 The age analysis form now displays percentages as well.
Baie ure gaan tans in die ontwikkeling van die nuwe program wat in Visual Studio en SQL gedoen word. Ons hoop om vroeg volgende jaar die program die lig te laat sien.
Registreer u besigheid se naam op die internet.
Besighede wat nog nie ‘n eie domain het nie kan nou ‘n domain deur Smart-It bekom teen ‘n minimale fooi van R39.00 per maand. Email slegs die naam wat u wil gebruik deur na am@smartit.co.za
Gratis telfoonoproepe na ons kantoor
Ons het ‘n Vox telefoon in ons kantoor ge-installeer (no 0878059847) besighede wat dus ‘n Vox foon het kan vir Reinhard gratis kontak op bogenoemde nommer. Die VOX telefoon se per minuut koste oorsee het dramaties afgekom na bv slegs 36 sent per minuut. Plaaslike oproepkoste is ook nou goedkoper as die Telkom tariewe. Diegene wat ‘n VOX foon wil bekom skakel gerus vir Reinhard op 0728078088
