We are looking for distributors / resellers for Smart-It. This is ideally suited for entities in the Accounting or IT professions.
The program was especially developed for the retail, wholesale, POS, workshop, CRM and ERP environments.

- Better debtor control and control over the debtors clerk.
- A program that can make up your deposits (no more deposit books, no more hours to write the cheque detail in deposit books) and debit orders.
- Do bulk emails and SMS’s. Example send an SMS to every account over 60 days.
- Creditor reconciliation. All software can do bank reconciliations (some is not even good at it) but, where will you find software that do creditor reconciliations.?
- A program that can make up your deposits (ever come across a program that can do it! ) and debit orders.
- A completely integrated document imaging system. Never will you go and look for a purchase order again if you want to do a return to supplier.
- Software that will tell the salesperson exactly what to do and when. Example follow up his back orders, then his quotes and then onto the selling module or out to the clients according to the ‘software routes’.

How to become a reseller.

- We will contact you and arrange a demo at our premises in Boston, Bellville.
- We will decide on a training date. Training length will depends on your needs. Minimum 1-2 days spread over a period and time that will suits you.
- You must be willing to use our software in your business.
